RECTAL BIOPSY GRASPING FORCEP

Rectal Biopsy Forcep are used to procure a specimen from the rectal mucosa during rectal biopsy, sigmoidal biopsy or anal biopsy. The Rectal Biopsy Forceps consists of a slender shaft with tiny crocodile forceps at one end, which have sharp jaws to slice and procure the mucosa for the biopsy and finger rings to manipulate the jaws. The surgeon inserts the instrument through a proctoscope or a rectoscope to procure the required specimen.
