DeBakey Bulldog Clamp is an X-shaped hemostatic tool that is used by cardiovascular surgeons to temporarily stop the flow of blood through a vessel. This function enables the operator to work in a bloodless surgical field. The tool can also be used as a suture tag. Its two converging flat handles have a serrated outer surface to facilitate the operator’s manipulations. This model has curved jaws with blunt rounded edges, and each jaw features inner serrations that offer optimal and atraumatic tissue grasps.
